Let me take you through a detailed gifting journey with Celebration. Say you're responsible for employee Diwali gifting this year.
You've been given a specific budget and a theme for the same. You chose us as your vendor partner.
Here the journey starts:
Step 1: Instead of telling you what we have, we start with understanding your requirements, budget, and theme. That allows us to tailor & customize products, portal & designs in sync with your needs.
Step 2: We then make a separate portal in just three days, with all the products pre-negotiated and approved by the procurement team.
Step 3: You can customize and personalize the products (online), do test orders, view report formats, and test out how well the final deliveries take place (including shipping your samples). This eliminates the back and forth of multiple weeks to finalize the product branding.
Step 4: Once you give us the go-ahead, the portal will be live for the decided duration. Your employees can access the portal with the given credentials (logins are locked to your domains or a list of emails), select the gifts, and enter the delivery address.
Step 5: The backend collects all the required data. Then, the gifts are collated and custom-wrapped, ready for shipping at the given address.
Step 6: Lastly, the employees can track the package themselves.
