Whoa! - we all had a similar reaction for 2021! After a roller coaster of 2020, we were expecting that 2021 would come to us with a magic wand and make the virus disappear. Well, the universe had other plans (to say the least). However, the year that gave us multiple blows also gave us opportunities to grow. Here's what 2021 looked like for us...
We are no longer a printing company, but a tech solutions provider that can automate order to delivery workflows for large companies. The complex processes, which took weeks, can now be completed in just a few clicks using PS Pro.
1. 14th anniversary celebration in the lockdown
PrintStop turned 14 when the country was trying to stay afloat during the second wave. Each one of us made an effort to stay positive. To elevate people's spirits, we celebrated the event by recognising the people who contributed significantly. We knew there couldn't be a better way to mark an important milestone.
2. ISO certification
If you want to see the cherries on our cake, this will be the biggest one (so far!) We were always focused on optimising our processes, and this certification helped us push the envelope. It certifies our commitment to build efficient processes and great products. And this is just the first step, we are geared up to optimise our processes even further. We will raise the bar so that the customers expect better than the best from us.
3. New website with new positioning
We were essentially a print solution provider before the pandemic hit us. But the desperate times called for immediate measures, and we came up with PS Pro Solutions. We are no longer a printing company, but a tech solutions provider that can automate order to delivery workflows for large companies. The complex processes, which took weeks, can now be completed in just a few clicks using PS Pro.
4. Introducing a new solution for procurement teams
Earlier, we catered only to HR, Administration and Marketing teams. With PRO Procurement, we can now help sourcing teams with an integrated marketplace where they can list frequently used rate-contracted items like stationery, housekeeping material, pantry supplies, and other services from their existing vendors at the existing price. It will streamline the procurement of daily use across all locations. Besides, the management can get a clear view of the expenses and usage on a single dashboard.
5. Integration with Darwinbox
One of our clients, Bharti AXA, uses Darwinbox HRMS. The process of ordering Visiting Cards from our Stationery portal required data migration from the HRMS portal. The data export and upload created a hassle for the company's employees. With the integration, employees can order Visiting Cards directly from the HRMS. No additional efforts are required.
6. Providing gift vouchers of multiple brands
We can now facilitate R&R programs for large organisations by providing easy access to gift vouchers of 100+ brands. Be it a structured R&R program or any ad-hoc gifting occasion, you can instantly deliver these vouchers to make your team feel special. It helps organisations reward their employees, thereby nurturing a people-first culture.
We are now eager to welcome 2022 with equal excitement and hope. The times are still uncertain, but with collective determination, we are all set to venture on the unchartered territories and make a mark!
7. Back to office
After 18 months of work from home, our teams finally moved back to the office. What a transition it was! There were a lot of additions to the teams. It felt surreal to see everyone outside the confines of tiny screens. It was indeed the perfect time for us to get back to the office. The celebrations for Diwali and Christmas happened with renewed vigour. People went all out, probably to make up for the time we lost during the pandemic.
8. Blockbuster Festive Season
After lacklustre festival celebrations last year, this year a lot of companies took it up a notch and brought in the festivities with great gifts. We were delighted to spread the joy across 13 large organisations with 100K+ gifts. A remarkable effort from our teams translated to 1000s of smiles. What could be a better way to celebrate the festive season!
So, that was the year 2021 for us. We are now eager to welcome 2022 with equal excitement and hope. The times are still uncertain, but with the collective determination, we are all set to venture on the unchartered territories and make a mark!
